Refund policy
Every effort is made to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
Due to the perishable nature of working with florals, all sales are final. Our gift cards, stationery products, seed collections and plant stock (including seed garlic, peony roots, amaryllis bulbs and plant starts) are also final sale. Ritual Gardens does not guarantee any plant stock planted in your garden. Please carefully read each product description prior to purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately info@ritualgardens.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Subscriptions
If your bouquet is not collected by the end of the of the pick up time it will be donated to a local care home or cemetery as part of our #cultivatingkindness initiative.
We are unable to accommodate special requests including changes to the pick up dates or time and will not refund or replace flowers that are not picked up. Please plan accordingly.
Plant Starts & Plant Stock
No refunds are available once your order has been placed. We spend several months growing and/or sourcing these plants and put them on reserve once you've placed your order. Therefore we can not offer any refunds if you are unable to pick up your order for any reason. Ritual Gardens reserves the right to substitute varieties as needed, however customer substitutions are not possible.
